Hi Dan, yes I still do. Even with FCC approval they need access to spectrum. Telesat has spectrum approved by the ITU globally and has priority rights. They also have great tech and design that would be useful to Kuiper in designing their constellation. Plus it keeps access to their data away from Google and lets Bezos keep up with Musk.
